Plateau double – Elmanou de l’Aulne & Yohann Francoz

Singer-songwriters Yohann Francoz and Elmanou de l”Aulne present a double show, with two sets of original and playful compositions, and with the musicians providing accompaniment for each other!

First, Yohann Francoz will share (invite you into) his universe of mystical pop, tinged with experimentation and alternative folk rock influences. His lyrics, ranging from funny to mysterious and even trashy, explore topics rarely explored in Quebec poetics (poetry).

Next, Elmanou de l’Aulne will perform his repertoire, sure to make you laugh even as you reflect on his caustic satire! Discover songs about setting a trap for Santa Claus, transforming into a stapler, or fighting (defending yourself) against a particularly disgusting (gross) butterfly, all with unforgettably droll and eloquent lyrics.
A true orchestral duo (multi-instrumentalists), Yohann and Elmanou will switch between guitar, bass, sitting down at the piano or picking up a violon or a harmonica.
